Formula 94 with Lois (Mind Body Studio)
This calorie-torching format is performed barefoot in a 94 degree studio and combines the influences of yoga, Pilates and muscle sculpting. The use of light to moderate hand weights will help you incinerate body fat as you define your body from head to toe. Led by class creator and Regional Group Fitness Manager for FFC, Lois Miller.

Cardio Combat with Katalin (Main Studio)
Participate in a brief POW! Combat Drills & Conditioning Class with Katalin Ogren, Owner of POW! Gym Chicago. Class will consists of several drills that are used in a wide range of combat sports.

Cycle Like an Athlete with Emily (Spin Studio)
Drills based on cadence and power and how that translates to proper cycling economy. Led by On Your Mark studio owner and Nike Master Trainer trainer Emily Hutchins.

Networking: Outdoor pool deck. One drink free. Lite snacks.
